Walli has been the Client Service Specialist with Pettinelli Financial Partners since 2023. With almost a decade’s worth of customer service experience in the hospitality industry, Walli brings her dedication, passion, organization, and kindness to assisting our clientele with day-to-day problems. As the first point of contact in our office, she ensures a seamless, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Walli's responsibilities go far beyond the conventional realm of client service. She expertly manages the phone lines for both Pettinelli Financial Partners and Tarabay Tax Associates, offering prompt and effective responses to inquiries, resolving issues with grace, and taking accurate messages when needed. Her role extends to meticulously managing the calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings run seamlessly. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and going to old theaters in the city to watch movies on 35mm film. While originally from Southern California, she has enjoyed living in the Bay Area in her later adulthood years.
