Rick has over 10 years of experience as an advisor and was attracted to PFP because of the firm’s team-based advisory and long-term client relationship model that focuses on the financial health and well-being of the client. “My main objective is to concentrate on the best interests of our clients encompassing objectivity in planning and implementation along with the strength of the team working together toward achieving each client’s unique goals.”
A graduate of California State University East Bay, Rick majored in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. He also achieved a Retirement Income Certified Professional designation from The American College and recently completed the demanding curriculum to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER accreditation (CFP®).
Rick lives in Alameda where he and his wife are raising three young children bringing camping and learning from the woods to their experiences. Rick is a die-hard sports fan, especially baseball. He is one of the founders of Diamond Skills Camp in Alameda, an organization that offers skill development, individual growth, and team dynamics for youth baseball ages 5 – 12. The Camp also trains and mentors aspiring coaches in leadership and management.
