Andrez, better known as Drez, has worked with Pettinelli Financial Partners since 2022, where he started as a summer intern. In 2023, he graduated summa cum laude from Menlo College with a BSc in Finance. While there, he was a part of the Men’s Collegiate Golf Team, the CFA Equity Research Team, and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Before joining PFP full-time, Drez was a summer analyst at a prop trading firm in London, where he gained valuable insights into global markets as well as corporate finance intricacies.
As a paraplanner, Drez supports the advisors in data gathering, retirement forecasting, cash flow analysis, case design, and conducting research as needed for client review and prospect discovery meetings. He assists with building financial plans and pre- and post-meeting client communication as necessary. Drez also provides the team with weekly market update reports. He is one of the firm's best team players and is always providing high-quality work, not only to his clients but also to his colleagues. He is currently studying for his license; however, he has a Level 6 Diploma from the London Banking Institute of Finance.
While Drez was born in New York, he grew up in Malaysia. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing to a 2 handicap, and has been a competitive golfer since he was 6 years old. He also has his Advanced Open Water license with almost 150 dives under his belt, completing environmental cleanup dives when his schedule allows. Drez aspires to be a chef after retirement.
