How Do I Obtain a Free Credit Report?

Under federal law, you are entitled to one free credit report every 12 months from each of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion).

The only website authorized by the federal government to issue free, annual credit reports from the three CRAs is AnnualCreditReport.com. You may request your reports in three main ways:
